Benefits

Sweet potato is high on fibre and so its starch is released slowly into the blood making it a good choice for weight management in PCOS

Ingredients-

  1. Eggs-2
  2. Sweet potato-100g
  3. Carrot-20g
  4. Beetroot-10g
  5. Mint-2Tbsp (Chopped)
  6. Coriander- 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
  7. Green chilli (optional)- ½
  8. Chaat masala-1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Jeera powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Salt- To taste
  12. Vegetable oil-1 Tsp

Method of preparation

  1. Boil 2 Eggs peel it and keep it aside
  2. Boil sweet potato and grate carrot and beetroot
  3. Mash sweet potato and add all the vegetable and masala’s with salt to make smooth mixture.
  4. Pre heat the oven at 250-degree F for about 10 minutes
  5. Take an egg and coat it on all sides with sweet potato mixture (Egg should be totally covered). Repeat for the other egg
  6. Take a baking dish and grease it well. Grease the kebabs too using a silicon brush.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 mins or till golden brown and crisp.
  8. Instead of baking you can also use air fryer to air fry the kebabs.
  9. Cut the kebab from the centre and remove the yolk.
  10. Serve hot with green chutney.
