Benefits

  1. Chana flour added to wheat flour blunts the absorption of starch by dropping the glycemic index. Also, state chapati has resistant starch which is not absorbed well and considered beneficial in PCOS.

Ingredients– 

  1. Boneless chicken- 50g
  2. Wheat flour- 10g
  3. Chana flour -10g
  4. Curd -25g (2 TBSP)
  5. Onion- 20g
  6. Mint- 10g
  7. Coriander- 10g
  8. Garlic (Mined)- 1 TSP
  9. Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 TSP
  10. Kasuri methi -1/2 TSP
  11. Chaat Masal -1/4 TSP
  12. Turmeric Powder- 1/4 TSP
  13. Kashmiri chilli powder -To taste
  14. Salt -To taste
  15. Olive oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Prepare a dry roti using wheat and chana flour overnight.
  2. Marinate chicken using curd, garlic and all masala except chaat masala. Refrigerate it overnight.
  3. Make green chutney using mint, coriander, garlic and salt.
  4. Cut onions into ring shape and separate it to make onion rings.
  5. Pan fry marinated chicken using olive oil over medium flame till tender.
  6. Dry heat roti till slightly crisp.
  7. Place the roti in a serving plate and apply green chutney over it. Put sautéed chicken on the centre and place onion rings over it.
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala and roll it. Serve hot.
