Ingredients-

  1. Chicken (Boneless) -100g
  2. Buck wheat -20g
  3. Basil -10g
  4. Cherry tomatoes- 5-6 no
  5. Baby corn- 2 No
  6. Lemon -1/2 no
  7. Almonds- 6-8 no
  8. Garlic- 2 cloves
  9. Garlic (Minced)- 1/2 TSP
  10. Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
  11. Chilli flakes -To taste
  12. Salt -To taste
  13. Olive oil- 1 and 1/2 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Soak buck wheat for about 3-4 hours
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces using salt, pepper, chilli flakes and lemon for about minimum 30-40 minute
  3. Make pesto sauce using basil, almonds, garlic cloves, slim milk, salt, pepper and 1/2 TSP olive oil.
  4. Pressure cook buck wheat and chicken together giving 2 whistles
  5. Chop baby corn into thin slices and divide cherry tomatoes into 2 halves
  6. Heat a sauce pan and add olive oil and minced garlic. Put in baby corn and cherry tomatoes and saute on high flame.
  7. Add cooked chicken and buck wheat to it and saute for a minute. finally add the pesto sauce and adjust the salt and chilli flakes
  8. Serve hot as a meal.
