Ingredients-

  1. Chickpeas- 40g (Soaked)
  2. Chana flour- 10g
  3. Oats- 10g
  4. Onion (Finely chopped)- 1 small (30g)
  5. Carrot (Shredded) -10g
  6. Capsicum (Finely chopped)- 10g
  7. Mint leaves- 6 to 8 no’s
  8. Coriander (Finely chopped – 1 TBSP
  9. Ginger- 1/2 TSP (Minced)
  10. Garlic- 1/2 TSP (Minced)
  11. Garam masala- 1/2 TSP
  12. Chaat Masala- 1/2 TSP
  13. Salt -To taste
  14. Veg oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Pressure cook the chickpeas giving 3 to 4 whistles.
  2. In a deep plate, mash chickpeas with a masher coarsely.
  3. Add chana flour, chopped vegetables and masala to it.
  4. Mix well and shape it into long kebab.
  5. Take oats in a plate and roll the kebab into it lightly so that its coated with oats
  6. Grease a sauce pan using silicone brush and pan fry the kebab both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot crisp kebab with mint blended curd.
