Benefits

Millets are high on fibre and complex carbohydrate with a low glycemic index thus useful in weight management of PCOS Women.

Ingredients-

  1. Barnyard Millet- 25g
  2. Rava -15g
  3. Sour curd- 50g
  4. Low fat paneer- 20g
  5. Pumkin (Shredded) -20g
  6. Chopped coriander- 2 TSP
  7. Chopped onion -1/2
  8. Jeera powder -1/2 TSP
  9. Asafoetida- 1/4 TSP
  10. Green Chilli- 1/2 (Optional)
  11. Salt -To taste
  12. Chaat Masala -To taste
  13. Oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Take a bowl, soak millets with Rava in sour curd for 3 to 4 hours
  2. Now add all chopped vegetables, paneer, salt, jeera, asafoetida
  3. , chopped green chilli to it
  4. On a dosa pan of cast iron, spread little oil using silicone brush
  5. Put a ladder full of the batter and spread it, brush the layer with little oil and cook till crisp
  6. Sprinkle little chaat masala over it and serve hot with green chutney.
