Mix in little salt, pepper, chilli flakes, olive oil, and whip it to form smooth consistently, refrigerate it.<\/li>\n<li>Cut karela into fine circles and remove a few hard seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Grease pan with oil using silicone brush.
