(200g)<\/li>\n<li>Celery- 10g (Finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Low fat milk- 200ml<\/li>\n<li>Whole wheat flour- 2 TSP (10g)<\/li>\n<li>Oregano -1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Garlic (Minced)- 1 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Chilli flakes (To taste)<\/li>\n<li>Salt- To taste<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil- 1 TSP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop Zucchini using a sharp knife or chopper into thin long strips like noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add whole wheat flour to it mixing it continuously to give a golden brown colour. Now add milk and stir it keeping on medium flame till it become little thick.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, turmeric powder, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes and put off the flame stirring it well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat 1\/2 tsp olive oil in a wok, add minced garlic to it saut\u00e9ing for a minute.
