This fibre helps in slow absorption of starch from the grain which is needed for fat reduction in PCOS<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients- <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rajgeera (Amaranth seeds)- 40g<\/li>\n<li>Capsicum- 10g<\/li>\n<li>Bottle gourd -10g<\/li>\n<li>French beans-10g<\/li>\n<li>Carrot- 5g<\/li>\n<li>Cinamon stick- Small piece<\/li>\n<li>Bay leaf -1 Small<\/li>\n<li>Clove- 2 Small<\/li>\n<li>Jeera- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Black Sesame seeds -1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Udad Dal- 1 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Coriander Powder- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric Powder- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Ginger (Peeled and Shredded) -1 Small pc<\/li>\n<li>Garlic (Minced)- 2 to 3 Pods<\/li>\n<li>Salt -To Taste<\/li>\n<li>Red Chilli Powder -To Taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil- 1 TSP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak Rajgeera for 3 to 4 hours<\/li>\n<li>In a pressure cooker heat oil and add ginger, garlic, jeera, urad dal and sesame seeds.
