Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes on medium flame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In another pan\/skillet\/ wok, heat vegetable oil on medium flame. Add chilly, Onion and other vegetables and stir fry on medium to high flame for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add salt and pepper and cooked rice.
