{"id":8970,"date":"2019-04-02T14:10:02","date_gmt":"2019-04-02T14:10:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conquerpcos.org\/?p=8970"},"modified":"2020-07-14T19:49:11","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T14:19:11","slug":"hariyali-kofta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gynaecworld.com\/pcos\/hariyali-kofta\/","title":{"rendered":"Hariyali Kofta: A Scrumptious Kofta for PCOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1>Hariyali Kofta: A Scrumptious Kofta for PCOS<\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Kofta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Low Fat paneer (cow\u2019s milk) \u2013 30g<br \/>\nChana flour \u2013 15g<br \/>\nCarrot \u2013 10g<br \/>\nDudhi \u2013 10g<br \/>\nSalt, chilli powder- As per taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Curry :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spinach \u2013 50g<br \/>\nOnion \u2013 10g<br \/>\nTomato \u2013 10g<br \/>\nCoriander \u2013 5g<br \/>\nMint leaves \u2013 5g<br \/>\nHung curd with olive oil (Few drops) \u2013 15g<br \/>\nMelon seeds (Powdered coarsely) \u2013 1tbsp<br \/>\nSalt, Chilli powder, Coriander powder- As per taste<br \/>\nOil- \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garnish :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mint leaves \u2013 2 to 3 no.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>Method of Preparation:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>For the Kofta :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mix in all the ingredients and make small balls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Grate the carrot and bottle gourd (dudhi). <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Heat the appam pan and grease it with a small drop of oil .<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Roast the koftas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>For the Curry :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Blanch the spinach.
