Add black gram paste and mix well. Add millet flour with it and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place to ferment for 8 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Next day, add salt to taste and chopped vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>For tadka, heat oil in a non- stick bowl, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chillies and keep saut\u00e9ing for a minute. Add this hot to the fermented batter. Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat sufficient water in the steamer.
