{"id":8953,"date":"2019-04-02T14:03:35","date_gmt":"2019-04-02T14:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conquerpcos.org\/?p=8953"},"modified":"2020-07-14T19:51:54","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T14:21:54","slug":"pearl-millet-dosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gynaecworld.com\/pcos\/pearl-millet-dosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Pearl Millet Dosa: A Light yet Filling Breakfast for a Healthy Start"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1>Pearl Millet Dosa: A Light yet Filling Breakfast for a Healthy Start<\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pearl millet (Bajra)- 15 g<br \/>\nRice flakes (poha)- 5 g<br \/>\nUrad dal- 5g<br \/>\nFenugreek seeds- 5 g<br \/>\nRefined oil- 5 g<br \/>\nSalt- As per taste<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method of Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash Bajra, urad dal and fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the water from dal and millet mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Soak the rice flakes in water for 15- 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Grind dals, fenugreek seeds and rice flakes into a fine paste using the water they were soaked in to retain the water soluble vitaminutes.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the batter to ferment overnight. There will be visible tiny bubbles over top.
