Also its high on fibre and helps reduce insulin resistance seen in PCOS.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients- <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chicken (Boneless) -100g<\/li>\n<li>Buck wheat -20g<\/li>\n<li>Basil -10g<\/li>\n<li>Cherry tomatoes- 5-6 no<\/li>\n<li>Baby corn- 2 No<\/li>\n<li>Lemon -1\/2 no<\/li>\n<li>Almonds- 6-8 no<\/li>\n<li>Garlic- 2 cloves<\/li>\n<li>Garlic (Minced)- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Chilli flakes -To taste<\/li>\n<li>Salt -To taste<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil- 1 and 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak buck wheat for about 3-4 hours<\/li>\n<li>Marinate the chicken pieces using salt, pepper, chilli flakes and lemon for about minimum 30-40 minute<\/li>\n<li>Make pesto sauce using basil, almonds, garlic cloves, slim milk, salt, pepper and 1\/2 TSP olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Pressure cook buck wheat and chicken together giving 2 whistles<\/li>\n<li>Chop baby corn into thin slices and divide cherry tomatoes into 2 halves<\/li>\n<li>Heat a sauce pan and add olive oil and minced garlic.
