Root like ginger is very effective in reducing bloating which is seen in PCOS.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients- <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bhakri<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ragi Flour- 40g<\/li>\n<li>Raddish- 20g<\/li>\n<li>Coriander -1 TBSP<\/li>\n<li>Carom Seeds- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>White Sesame seeds- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Coriander seeds powder- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric Powder- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Jeera Powder- 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Green Chilli- 1\/3 (Optional)<\/li>\n<li>Salt -To taste<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Gingery Fish<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fish- 100g<\/li>\n<li>Tomato (Puree)- 50g<\/li>\n<li>Onion- 20g<\/li>\n<li>Fresh Ginger (Grated)- 1\/2 TBSP<\/li>\n<li>Coriander (Chopped)- 1 TBSP<\/li>\n<li>Poppy seeds (Crushed) -1 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Ginger (Mined) -1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Garlic (Minced) -1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon Stick -1 Small pc<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder 1\/4 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Jeera powder 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Coriander seeds powder 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Kashmiri chilli powder -To Taste<\/li>\n<li>Salt -To taste<\/li>\n<li>Veg oil -1 TSP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick, minced ginger and garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Saute for a minute adding chopped onion and cooking it till golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato puree and cook for about 2-3 mins. Now put salt and all masalas.<\/li>\n<li>Add crushed poopy seeds into it and cook for a minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add fish fillets into the gravy and cook till the fish is tender (2-5 mins)<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot with grated fresh ginger and coriander topping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Bhakri<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Peel and grate Radish. Finely chop coriander and green chilli.<\/li>\n<li>In a deep vessel take Ragi flour, grated Radish, coriander and all the other ingredients with salt.<\/li>\n<li>Knead a medium soft dough using warm water and keep aside for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the hot plate over medium flame.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the bhakri using a rolling pin very lightly so that it doesn\u2019t crack at the edges.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the bhakri on both sides till crisp and serve hot with gingery fish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nutrition profile Energy 315 Kcal Carbohydrate 34g Protein 29g Fat 8g Benefits- Finger millet or Ragi and sesame seeds are very rich in calcium.
