Also, cereal pulse combination gives good quality proteins which is absorbed very well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients- <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boneless Chicken (Pieces) -100g<\/li>\n<li>Parboiled rice- 30g<\/li>\n<li>Yellow Moong dal- 10g<\/li>\n<li>Masoor dal -10g<\/li>\n<li>Bottle gourd -20g (Big Pieces)<\/li>\n<li>French Beans- 10g (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Onion- 20g (Sliced)<\/li>\n<li>Mint- 1 TBSP (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Coriander- 1 TBSP (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Ginger- 1\/2 TSP (Mined)<\/li>\n<li>Garlic -1\/2 TSP (Minced)<\/li>\n<li>Bay Leaf -1 No.<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon Stick &#8211; 1 Small Pc<\/li>\n<li>Mace -1 No<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric Powder- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Coriander -1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Cumin Powder- 1\/2 TSP<\/li>\n<li>Kashmiri Red Chilli -1 No<\/li>\n<li>Salt -To Taste<\/li>\n<li>Cow Ghee 1 TSP (Melted)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak the rice and dal together for atleast an hour<\/li>\n<li>In a pressure cooker, heat ghee and drop in the whole spices mentioned with a red chilli<\/li>\n<li>When they give out an aroma, add sliced onions, ginger and garlic<\/li>\n<li>Saute a little. Add tomato puree and saute.<\/li>\n<li>Now put the boneless chicken with salt and spice powder into it and saute well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the soaked rice and dal and 1 cup of water. Adjust the salt if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Give 3 whistles and reduce the heat. After 1\/2 a minute put off the flame.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle chopped mint and coriander and serve hot with minty curd.
