Also its high on proteins and low on fat thus a good combination for weight management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tur dal- 20g<\/li>\n<li>Chana dal-5 g (1tsp)<\/li>\n<li>Yellow Moong dal-5g (1tsp)<\/li>\n<li>Chicken pieces-100 g<\/li>\n<li>Fenugreek leaves (Methi)-10g<\/li>\n<li>Brinjal-10g<\/li>\n<li>Red pumpkin-10g<\/li>\n<li>Coriander-1Tbsp (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Mint-1Tbsp (Chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Onion-20g<\/li>\n<li>Tomato (puree)- \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<li>Ginger Garlic paste-3\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder-1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Jeera powder-1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Kashmiri chilli powder- To taste<\/li>\n<li>Salt- To taste<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable oil-1 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Tempering<\/u><\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coriander seeds-1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Cumin seeds-1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Cloves-1-2 no.<\/p>\n<p>Cardamom-1 no.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon- 1 small stick<\/p>\n<p>Nutmeg-1 small piece<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper corns-2 no.<\/p>\n<p>Curry leaves-4-5 no.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Method of preparation<\/u><\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all the dals, wash and soak it overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Fine chop all the vegetables and add to the soaked dal (Except tomato puree)<\/li>\n<li>Add Chicken pieces, Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric pd, Kashmiri chilli pd and salt to taste to the dals.<\/li>\n<li>Give 3 whistles to the above mix and add water if required.<\/li>\n<li>Dry grind the tempering ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add the tempering powder.
